Place and Track Order

To place an order follow the following steps below

• Click on the search bar.
• Enter either full name of the item you want or product name or any keywords to search for item
• Click on the item to read the details of the item.
• When you are Satisfied with the item click,you can either:
  • click on add to cart, if you still want to buy more items,then repeat the steps from step 1
  • After adding all your items to cart, then click on order nao to continue
  • or you can click on buy now to buy the item only.
• You will be directed to fill all your delivery information,please ensure to fill them with correct informations.
• After that click on submit. You have successfully place an order.

To track an order follow the following steps below

• Pay delivery fee only
• You will receive a call once your item is prepared for delivey.
• Delivery may take up to 5 working days.
• You will receive a call once your item is available in ur city.
• You pay for the item on delivery.

Order Cancellation

You can only cancel your order once the item(s) has not been processed for delivery.

Returning an item

You can initiate a return within 7 days if you receive a wrong,damaged,faulty or fake item. When returning an item ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.Make sure you keep the original carton and packaging material for easy return. If you have created a password on the device, you must remove the password, else the return will be invalid. Your money will be refunded immediately your return is accepted.
